Prospect Park so many views

Which One to Choose?

It’s worth losing a little sleep to wake up early on Saturday and go watch the dogs play in the park before 9am. The early morning shadows are long, the trees twinkle in the light, and the grass is dewy. The park hasn’t shaken summer green just yet, although hints of autumn are definitely there.

Back in the studio, Stacey Kent sings So Many Stars. My favorite thing to paint in this image was the dog’s pink tongue and the shadows by his feet. He is a sweetie! Ok, late lunch, wash the brushes, pack up and then off to class!
